Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and fresh minded IT Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our HR team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT roles. Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in IT recruitment are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle
• Understand technical job requirements (developers, testers, analysts, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes based on technical skills and project experience
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates
• Work closely with hiring managers to close positions within timelines
• Maintain recruitment trackers and databases

Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (for experienced candidates)
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly (for freshers)
• Good sourcing and networking skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with MS Office tools

Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR/IT preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment preferred)
• Freshers with interest in HR/IT hiring can apply
