Responsibilities
Develop and implement political campaign strategies and action plans.
Conduct voter research, surveys, and constituency analysis.
Coordinate with campaign teams, volunteers, and local leaders.
Plan and manage public outreach programs, events, and grassroots campaigns.
Monitor political trends, public opinion, and competitor activities.
Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with media, digital marketing, and communications teams.
Ensure campaign activities are executed effectively and on schedule.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in political campaigns, public affairs, election management, or strategic planning.
Strong understanding of political communication, public policy, and voter behavior.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, and campaign management tools.
