Job Description
## Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and support enterprise-level system engineering solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Manage and maintain IBM Workload Scheduler environments to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient workload automation.
* Deliver infrastructure and application support while maintaining high system availability and performance.
* Coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously and complete deliverables within agreed timelines.
* Develop modern web applications using **React.js** and **Node.js** for responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
* Build and maintain backend services using **Java**, including RESTful APIs and microservices.
* Integrate frontend applications with backend services to deliver scalable end-to-end solutions.
* Design, develop, and maintain databases using **Oracle** and **IBM Db2**, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
* Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects for improved efficiency.
* Participate in CI/CD implementation and automate deployment processes using modern DevOps practices.
* Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve system stability.
## Technical & Professional Requirements
* Proven experience administering **IBM Workload Scheduler (IBM IWS/Tivoli Workload Scheduler)** in enterprise environments.
* Strong knowledge of workload automation, scheduling, and infrastructure support.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within strict deadlines.
* Hands-on experience with **React.js**, **Node.js**, and **Java** application development.
* Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and full-stack application integration.
* Experience working with **Oracle** and **IBM Db2** databases, including SQL development and performance tuning.
* Familiarity with source control systems and **CI/CD** tools such as Git, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
