## Key Responsibilities

* Participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise software applications.
* Analyze business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
* Develop high-quality, reusable, and scalable code using Python and modern development frameworks.
* Build secure and reliable backend services while integrating applications with databases and external systems.
* Collaborate with business analysts, developers, testers, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
* Create and execute unit tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
* Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production support.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing applications.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by following coding standards and development best practices.
* Support digital transformation projects by delivering innovative and efficient software solutions.

## Additional Responsibilities

* Apply software design principles and architectural best practices during development.
* Understand business processes and translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical designs.
* Develop scalable Python applications using industry-standard frameworks.
* Prepare technical documentation, test cases, and implementation plans.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within timelines.
* Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills while collaborating effectively with team members.

## Technical & Professional Requirements

* Minimum relevant experience in Python application development.
* Strong programming knowledge in **Python**.
* Hands-on experience with one or more Python frameworks such as **Django**, **Flask**, or **Pyramid**.
* Experience working with **Pandas** and **NumPy** for data processing and analysis.
* Good understanding of REST APIs, object-oriented programming, and software engineering principles.
* Familiarity with database design, SQL, and application integration.
* Experience with Git, version control systems, and Agile development practices.
* Ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and well-documented applications.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
