## Key Responsibilities

* Gather and analyze business requirements to develop reliable and scalable Java-based applications.
* Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
* Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
* Build enterprise applications using Java technologies and modern frameworks.
* Identify application defects, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions to improve system performance.
* Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to application design and technical planning.
* Collaborate with development, testing, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Develop and maintain RESTful services and integrate applications with internal and external systems.
* Create and maintain database structures, queries, and application components that support business requirements.
* Support deployment, production monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

## Additional Responsibilities

* Minimum **2 years** of experience in Java application development.
* Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and software engineering concepts.
* Familiarity with software design patterns, architectural principles, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Experience working with relational databases and database schema design.
* Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and unit testing practices.
* Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams.
* Flexibility to travel based on business or project requirements.

## Technical & Professional Requirements

* Strong programming experience in **Java**.
* Hands-on experience with **Spring Boot**, **Spring Framework**, and **Microservices** architecture.
* Good knowledge of **JSP**, **JDBC**, **J2EE**, **Hibernate**, and **Struts**.
* Experience designing and consuming **REST APIs**.
* Knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems.
* Familiarity with Git, build tools, and Agile development practices.
* Understanding of AI concepts and their integration into enterprise applications is an added advantage.
