## Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
* Convert business and functional requirements into reliable, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.
* Build, enhance, and support applications throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
* Develop technical documentation, design specifications, and implementation artifacts.
* Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
* Collaborate with clients, business analysts, developers, testers, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and development best practices.
* Share technical knowledge, reusable components, and development best practices across project teams.
* Continuously improve application performance, maintainability, and security.
* Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by delivering innovative and business-focused technology solutions.

## Additional Responsibilities

* Experience migrating or upgrading legacy **.NET Framework** applications to **.NET Core**.
* Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other iterative software development methodologies.
* Experience using version control systems such as **Git** or **Subversion (SVN)**.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within distributed teams.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Relevant Microsoft .NET certifications are considered an added advantage.

## Technical & Professional Requirements

* Strong hands-on experience with **Microsoft .NET Framework** technologies.
* Good knowledge of **C#**, **ASP.NET**, **.NET Core**, and web application development.
* Experience building RESTful APIs and enterprise applications.
* Familiarity with SQL databases, object-oriented programming (OOP), and software design principles.
* Understanding of application deployment, debugging, and performance optimization.
* Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering practices.
