## Educational Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline (where applicable)
* GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
* B.Sc Nursing
* M.Sc Nursing
* Candidates with **First Class** in 10th, 12th, and Nursing qualification are preferred.

## Experience

* **3 months to 5 years** of clinical nursing experience.
* Fresh nursing professionals with relevant internships or hospital training may also be considered based on organizational requirements.

## Key Responsibilities

* Assess patients' health conditions and provide quality nursing care as per clinical guidelines.
* Record and maintain accurate patient medical histories, observations, and treatment details.
* Administer prescribed medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments safely.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and identify changes in health conditions for timely medical intervention.
* Assist doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
* Perform nursing assessments and support diagnosis through point-of-care testing.
* Deliver bedside nursing care while ensuring patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
* Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, recovery, and preventive healthcare practices.
* Operate, monitor, and maintain medical equipment according to hospital protocols.
* Maintain adequate stock of medicines, consumables, and nursing supplies.
* Ensure infection control practices and comply with hospital safety standards.
* Participate in continuous nursing education, training programs, and professional development activities.
* Prepare and maintain nursing reports, patient documentation, and shift handover records.

## Technical & Professional Requirements

* Valid qualification in **GNM**, **B.Sc Nursing**, or **M.Sc Nursing**.
* Good understanding of patient care, nursing procedures, and clinical protocols.
* Knowledge of medication administration, emergency response, and infection prevention practices.
* Ability to maintain accurate medical records and nursing documentation.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with hospital information systems.
* Strong patient assessment and clinical observation abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts and emergency situations.
* Commitment to ethical nursing practices and patient confidentiality.
