Provide direct patient care in critical care environments
Assess patients' conditions and monitor vital signs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
Assist with procedures such as intubation and inserting central lines
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on best practices in critical care nursing
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
Valid nursing license in the state of practice
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Proven experience working in critical care settings
Strong understanding of critical care protocols and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
