We are looking for an experienced **IT Manager – Software Development** to lead software engineering teams, manage end-to-end project delivery, and drive the development of scalable digital banking solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Java technologies, cloud platforms, mobile application development, Agile methodologies, and team leadership within the Banking or FinTech domain.

## Educational Qualification

* B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
* MCA or an equivalent postgraduate degree from a recognized university.

## Experience

* Minimum **8 years** of experience in the **Banking or FinTech industry** with exposure to software development and digital product ecosystems.
* At least **3 years of experience leading software development teams**.
* Minimum **3 years of hands-on Full Stack Software Development** experience.
* Preferred experience managing a team of **3–4 software developers**.

## Required Technical Skills

### Programming & Frameworks

* Strong experience in **Java (J2EE)** and **Spring Boot**.
* Hands-on experience with **Microservices Architecture**.
* Experience developing **REST APIs**, **SOAP Web Services**, or **GraphQL APIs**.

* Experience developing mobile applications using:
