We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM (Payroll & Integrations) professional to manage Oracle Fusion Payroll, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and enterprise HR integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, Payroll for India, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, Fast Formulas, and secure integration with enterprise banking systems while ensuring statutory compliance and data integrity.
Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
MCA or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in:

Experience & Eligibility (Desirable)
Hands-on experience in configuring and administering Oracle Fusion Payroll for India.
Strong knowledge of Indian statutory payroll compliance, including:
Provident Fund (PF)
Employees' State Insurance (ESI)
Professional Tax (PT)
Investment Declarations (Section 80C)
Form 16 generation
Experience writing and maintaining Oracle Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, and proration rules.
Experience implementing and managing Oracle Fusion Compensation Workbench for salary revisions, increments, and bonus processing.
Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrating Oracle HCM with enterprise applications and Core Banking Systems.
Experience monitoring integration processes, resolving interface failures, and troubleshooting HDL (HCM Data Loader) issues.
Strong understanding of Global Payroll – India Legislation.
Hands-on experience with:

Key Responsibilities
Oracle Payroll Administration
Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Payroll for India.
Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, and other payroll regulations.
Process payroll accurately and generate statutory reports including Form 16.
Configure payroll elements, balances, earnings, deductions, and payroll rules.
Oracle HCM Configuration
Configure and support Oracle Fusion Compensation Workbench.
Manage annual compensation reviews, salary revisions, promotions, and bonus allocations.
Develop and maintain Oracle Fast Formulas to support payroll and compensation processes.
Integration Management
Develop, configure, and monitor Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
Ensure secure data exchange between Oracle HCM Cloud and the Bank's Core Banking Solution.
Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize interface performance.
Manage inbound and outbound data interfaces using HDL, SOAP, and REST APIs.
Data Management & Compliance
Maintain payroll data accuracy and integrity.
Perform payroll reconciliation and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory regulations.
Support internal and external audit requirements.
Technical Support
Monitor application health and integration logs.
Resolve production issues related to payroll and integrations.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
Prepare technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
