Job Summary
Owns delivery of the federated model on assigned projects: allocates work, runs cross-discipline coordination, holds final internal QC sign-off, and is the day-to-day technical point of contact for the client.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and lead weekly BIM coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders.
Perform quality checks on models against agreed LOD/LOI and presentation standards.
Monitor BIM levels to ensure ISO 19650 compliance at each delivery milestone.
Support authoring of BEP documentation in alignment with the delivery plan and EIR.
Prepare and monitor ICT/COBie BIM deliverables across disciplines.
Host internal training sessions on deliverable quality expectations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
8–12 years in MEP BIM, including at least 3 years coordinating multi-discipline models on live projects.
Advanced Navisworks Manage — clash matrix setup, search sets, saved viewpoints, reporting.
Advanced Revit (MEP); ability to audit models, families and templates without producing them.
Working knowledge of ISO 19650 — CDE workflows, naming, information containers and status codes.
Sound knowledge of SMACNA, ASHRAE, NFPA 13/72, IMC and NEC as applied to North American projects.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
Client-facing spoken English
Preferred
BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
Dynamo, Bluebeam Revu.
Prior experience in an offshore delivery model serving overseas clients.
Familiarity with ISO 19650 and COBie data structures.
Solid understanding of clash detection, model federation, and coordination workflow
Experience of working in data centre projects
