We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Expert to support the planning, procurement, and implementation of large-scale Public-Private Partnership (PPP) infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial evaluation, transaction advisory, and project structuring for government infrastructure initiatives.
๐ Qualification:
ICWA / CFA / MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance)
๐ผ Experience:
Minimum 13 years of relevant experience in infrastructure finance and PPP projects.
Hands-on experience in preparing and evaluating Feasibility Reports, EOI, RFQ, RFP, Draft Concession Agreements, Tariff Proposals, and other transaction documents.
Key Responsibilities:
โ Lead financial appraisal and evaluation of PPP projects.
โ Prepare and review bid documents, concession agreements, and transaction documents.
โ Support bid evaluation, tariff proposals, and financial due diligence.
โ Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and stakeholders for statutory approvals.
โ Assist in project implementation, contract management, royalty assessment, and financial monitoring.
