Trident Consulting is looking for a strong, hungry, and experienced US Recruiter who can work directly on high-priority US staffing requirements.
US IT Technical Recruiter
Location: Coimbatore (Onsite)
Shift: US hours / Night shift
This role is for someone who knows how to source, screen, submit, and close — fast.
Must-Have Experience:
✅ Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS license
✅ Strong Direct Client recruiting experience
✅ Experience working with MSP / VMS programs
✅ US staffing experience across IT / technical roles
✅ Strong knowledge of W2 hiring, work authorizations, and candidate closing
✅ Comfortable working PST hours / US shift / Night shift
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
· Work on Direct Client requirements across IT and Non-IT domains.
· Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS), Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and internal databases.
· Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques, networking, referrals, social media sourcing, and cold calling to identify top talent.
· Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
· Conduct candidate screening and qualification assessments, including experience, communication skills, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
· Submit qualified candidates within required timelines while maintaining quality standards.
· Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
· Negotiate compensation and employment terms with candidates.
· Manage offer processes, onboarding coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
Candidate Management
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
· Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within ATS systems.
Compliance & Process Management
· Verify candidate work authorization and employment eligibility requirements.
· Ensure compliance with client hiring processes and internal recruitment standards.
· Track recruitment metrics, submissions, interviews, and placements.
