Role Description The Data Analyst | Python | Fresher role is a full-time on-site position based in Tirunelveli. In this role, the Data Analyst will work with structured and unstructured data, assist in data collection, cleaning, and validation, and support the creation of dashboards and reports. The position involves using Python and basic statistical methods to analyze datasets, identify trends, and generate insights for internal projects or client engagements. The Data Analyst will collaborate with mentors and team members to document findings, present results clearly, and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions. The role also includes continuous learning, participation in training sessions, and applying best practices in data modeling and analytics.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and proven ability to interpret and derive insights from data.
Foundational knowledge in Data Analytics and Statistics for data exploration and hypothesis testing.
Experience or coursework in Data Modeling, including structuring data for analysis and reporting.
Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, data visualization libraries) and familiarity with spreadsheets or SQL.
Ability to learn quickly, follow structured methodologies, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Interest in building a career in data analytics and willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development.
