Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Associate role is based at the R mart location in Tirunelveli. The Sales Associate will greet customers, assist with product selection, and provide accurate information about prices, promotions, and availability. Daily responsibilities include maintaining merchandise displays, replenishing stock, and ensuring the sales floor and checkout area are clean and organized. The role also involves operating the cash register, processing payments, handling returns or exchanges in line with store policies, and supporting inventory checks. The Sales Associate will collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet sales goals, deliver consistent customer service, and adhere to all company procedures and safety guidelines.
