Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Salem. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. The role involves drafting and reviewing correspondence, maintaining documentation and records, and ensuring smooth communication between the executive team, clients, and internal stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will help prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials, track deadlines, and follow up on action items to support efficient decision-making. The position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.
Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Expense Reports skills, with experience in documentation, record-keeping, and handling travel and reimbursement processes.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, professional email etiquette, and the ability to interact with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess proficiency with office productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and basic data management skills.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and a high degree of reliability and confidentiality.
Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a professional services or financial/consulting environment is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, administration, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with accounting or consulting terminology.
