WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITYGeneral Manager / Head – Tea Auctions & Export BusinessOn behalf of our client, a leading South Indian tea manufacturing company, we are looking for a seasoned tea industry professional to lead the growth and expansion of its auction, domestic sales, and export business.
Key focus areas:• Tea auction business growth & buyer expansion• Domestic & institutional sales development• International export market expansion• New customer acquisition & strategic relationships• Market intelligence, pricing & product-market strategy• Improving sales realisation and profitability
Ideal Candidate:• 15–20 years of experience in the tea industry• Strong background in tea plantations, manufacturing & marketing• Extensive experience in tea auctions• Proven experience in Indian tea export marketing• Established network with domestic & international tea buyers• Strong negotiation, commercial and leadership skills
📍 Location: Tamil Nadu, with regular travel across India and overseas.
