Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem. The position involves delivering classroom and small-group instruction, guiding learners through course materials, and supporting their academic and skills development. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting assessments, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate records of learner progress. The role also includes interacting with learners and families, addressing inquiries, and offering basic customer service at the institute. The team member will collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching approaches, contribute to training initiatives, and participate in periodic meetings and institute activities.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to plan and deliver effective lessons.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage learners, families, and colleagues professionally.
Experience in Training and mentoring learners, including conducting sessions, workshops, or coaching.
Ability to create an inclusive, respectful classroom environment and support diverse learning needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certifications or training credentials are an advantage.
Comfort with basic educational technology and learning tools used in classroom and institute settings.
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a collaborative mindset for working within a team.
