Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based in Thiruvarur. The Teacher will design and deliver daily lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, ensuring that content is engaging, age-appropriate, and inclusive. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The Teacher will manage classroom behavior, support diverse learning needs, and communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress. Additional duties include participating in staff meetings, school events, and professional development activities, and contributing to a positive, collaborative school culture.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering curriculum-based instruction to diverse learners.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear classroom communication and professional interaction with colleagues and families.
Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills, with the ability to structure objectives, activities, and assessments that support learning outcomes.
Candidates should possess Training skills, including the ability to guide, mentor, and support students in both academic and co-curricular activities.
Relevant teaching qualification or degree in Education or a related field; appropriate teaching certifications or licenses are an advantage.
Experience working in school settings, preferably at matriculation or equivalent levels, and familiarity with age-appropriate pedagogical practices.
Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that respects diversity and supports the well-being and safety of all students.
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and willingness to participate in school events, parent meetings, and continuous professional development.
