Role Description The Human Resource Manager, Rameswaram is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing all HR functions at Daiwik Hotels Pvt Ltd in Rameswaram. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing across departments. The Human Resource Manager will handle performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and succession planning to support a positive, service-oriented culture. The role includes administering payroll inputs, leave and attendance, HR policies, and compliance with labor laws and company standards. The Human Resource Manager will also address employee relations matters, support health and safety initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business goals and guest service excellence.
Qualifications
Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to support hotel operations.
Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution in a hospitality or service environment.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance relevant to Indian hospitality sector.
Ability to design and coordinate training, learning and development, and career progression programs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative working style.
Proficiency in HR-related software, MS Office, and basic data reporting for HR metrics and dashboards.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
Previous experience as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist, preferably in hotels or hospitality; familiarity with local culture and language in Tamil Nadu is a plus.
