Roles

Drive Motor Insurance business through the Agency Channel
Recruit, onboard and manage Insurance Advisors/Agents
Generate business and achieve sales targets
Motivate and improve advisor performance
Manage agents through calls, WhatsApp and virtual meetings
Develop new business and expand the advisor network

Profile Looking

Graduate with 1+ years of experience
Experience in Motor Insurance / General Insurance / BFSI Sales preferred
Agency Channel experience will be an advantage
Strong communication and sales skills
Target-oriented and comfortable working independently from home
