Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Erode, working closely with business leaders and employees to support all core HR functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and communicating HR policies, managing employee relations, and advising on labor and employment law compliance. The role also involves driving performance management processes, supporting workforce planning, and partnering with managers on talent development and engagement initiatives. The HR Business Partner will coordinate HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and policy updates, while ensuring alignment between HR practices and business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with the ability to develop, interpret, and implement policies that support business needs.
Experience in Employee Relations, including handling grievances, coaching managers, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with practical experience ensuring compliance in day-to-day HR practices and advising stakeholders on legal requirements.
Capability in Performance Management, including goal setting, appraisal processes, feedback, and development planning.
Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across different levels of the organization.
Ability to work on-site in Erode, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct.
Prior experience in manufacturing or textile industry HR is beneficial but not mandatory.
