As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the healthcare operations sector, ensuring effective employee engagement and relations, and addressing employee grievances in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR-related issues and initiatives. - Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance employee engagement. - Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and ensuring a positive workplace environment. - Collaborate with management to identify and address workforce planning needs. - Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. - Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations within the healthcare BPO sector. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Human Resource Business Partner or similar role. - Strong knowledge of employee engagement strategies and employee relations practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with healthcare operations and BPO environments is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
