Role Description The Associate Cluster Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across assigned branches or teams, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to organizational standards. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, coordinating workflows, and supporting staff with guidance and resources to meet customer service and sales targets. The Associate Cluster Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, resolve escalated issues, and maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Regular reporting, team meetings, and field visits are part of the role, along with contributing to training initiatives and developing action plans for operational efficiency.
Qualifications

Strong operational management abilities, including experience overseeing multiple teams or locations and coordinating daily activities.
Solid customer service and relationship management skills, with the capacity to handle escalations and support diverse client needs.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with performance metrics, data review, and action planning.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and guide team members.
Organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail and capability to manage competing priorities.
Basic understanding of health insurance products or willingness to learn quickly; prior experience in financial services or healthcare is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, commerce, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore and conduct regular visits to branches or partner locations within the assigned cluster.
