📍 Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations, manage manpower, monitor project progress, and ensure timely execution with the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall site operations, supervisors, workers, and subcontractors.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly activities to meet project schedules.
- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and work progress.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, HR/Admin, and procurement.
- Manage materials, tools, equipment, and site resources efficiently.
- Prepare daily progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Resolve site issues promptly and escalate critical matters when required.
- Ensure proper attendance records, labour documentation, and compliance coordination.
- Lead the site team to achieve project targets safely and efficiently.
