Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media activities across multiple platforms for Growth Enzyme and its clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, coordinating content creation, publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner. The role involves tracking performance metrics, analyzing campaign results, and adjusting strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with broader marketing objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagercoil.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages.
Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan and organize effective campaigns and content calendars.
Experience with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles is beneficial.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role and a relevant degree or certification in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
