Role Description The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to strengthen Connecting HR India’s brand presence and generate qualified leads. This full-time, on-site role based in Tirunelveli involves developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns across digital and offline channels, and coordinating with internal teams to promote services and events. The Marketing Manager will oversee content creation for social media, email, and web, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement. The role also includes managing vendor relationships, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and preparing regular reports for leadership on marketing outcomes and market trends.
Qualifications
Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Ability to create and oversee marketing content, including copywriting, basic design coordination, and promotional materials.
Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and report insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
Proven experience in marketing or brand management, preferably within HR services, consulting, or professional services.
Ability to work on-site in Tirunelveli, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
