Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchendur. This role is responsible for managing product listings, updating inventory, and ensuring accurate pricing and descriptions across the Tulsijewels.in platform and any associated marketplaces. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring orders, coordinating with operations and customer service teams, tracking sales performance, and optimizing product visibility through basic merchandising and promotional activities. The role also involves analyzing website performance, identifying areas for improvement in the customer journey, and supporting digital campaigns to drive conversions. The Ecommerce Specialist will work closely with management to maintain smooth online operations and uphold brand standards.
Qualifications
Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience managing online product listings, orders, and promotions.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, website metrics, and customer behavior for performance optimization.
Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Ability to work on-site in Tiruchendur, with strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, basic Excel or spreadsheets, and order management tools is preferred.
Prior experience in ecommerce, retail, or jewelry-related businesses is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification: relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience in ecommerce operations.
