1. Accounting & Financial Management

Maintain daily accounting entries, ledgers, journals, and vouchers.
Manage accounts payable, receivable, and customer/vendor reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements and perform bank reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, invoices, and business expenses.

2. Logistics & Transport Accounting

Verify freight bills, transport invoices, vehicle expenses, and operational costs.
Track customer billing, freight collections, transporter payments, and outstanding dues.
Reconcile fuel, toll, repairs, maintenance, trip expenses, and driver settlements.
Coordinate with operations to resolve discrepancies and control costs.

3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

Handle GST reconciliation, input tax credit tracking, and return filing.
Manage TDS calculations, payments, and returns.
Coordinate PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory compliances.
Liaise with auditors and tax consultants.

4. MIS & Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense statements, and financial summaries.
Monitor receivables, payables, and overdue payments.
Support budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning.
Provide accurate financial reports to management.

5. Audit & Internal Control

Assist with internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
Identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.

Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

Required Skills

Knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
Accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Experience

3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Logistics, transport, supply chain, or fleet accounting experience preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Timely account closure and statutory filings.
Accuracy of financial statements and MIS reports.
Effective receivables management and reconciliations.
Accurate verification of freight and vehicle expenses.
Timely completion of audit requirements.
